Recently, I read a wonderful book that talks about How big an impact a small habit has on a life.
The book is "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. Throughout this book, the author tells how small habits change your life. It is like a drop of water in a vast sea. He explained some techniques to master building good habits and avoid or get rid of bad habits. He explains in a scientific way and gives proof for every theory that has been described in this book.
So, if you are free I suggest giving it a read. I am sure that will add something to you.
